These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slab Site platform, including the website at www.slabsite.com and the Slab Site mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by FIND STONES TEKNOLOJİ MERMER İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), with registered address at Ulucamii Mah. Abidinpaşa Cad. No: 72A, Seyhan / Adana, Türkiye.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, including but not limited to the Turkish Code of Obligations (No. 6098), the Turkish Commercial Code (No. 6102), the Electronic Commerce Law (No. 6563), the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) together with its secondary legislation (including the Regulation on Distance Contracts), and the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698).
Slab Site is a digital catalog and marketplace platform that enables natural stone producers, traders, and buyers to list, browse, and communicate about natural stone products. The Platform serves as an intermediary facilitating the display and discovery of stone samples. The Company does not itself sell, purchase, guarantee, certify, or take ownership of any products listed on the Platform. The Company acts as an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563 and is under no obligation to monitor content provided by content providers or to investigate whether any unlawful activity is involved.
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Turkish law to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity, company, or tax verification at any time. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Platform, including but not limited to sample photos, descriptions, pricing information, company details, and quarry data (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely and exclusively responsible for all User Content you submit, publish, or display through the Platform.
By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license includes the right to use stone sample images and details for promotional purposes on the Company's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) and other digital marketing channels.
The Platform may offer tools that let users combine sample images, uploaded photos, paint/color and design elements into visual design boards ("Moodboards"). The following provisions apply to the use of Moodboards and similar design/visualization tools.
Moodboards are provided for inspiration, planning, and visualization purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, order, contract, or commitment to purchase.The materials, colors, textures, patterns, dimensions, compositions, and prices shown in a Moodboard are illustrative only and do not guarantee actual products, availability, or final results.
Due to differences in screens, devices, resolution, lighting, and digital processing, the colors, veining, textures, and surfaces displayed may differ from the actual natural stone or material. Natural stone is a unique material; every block and slab differs in color, vein, and pattern. The Company does not represent or warrant that the appearance shown in a Moodboard will match the physical product.
Prices shown in a Moodboard (if any) are for information only, are subject to change, and are not binding. Before making any purchase decision, the user is responsible for confirming current availability, price, specifications, and delivery terms directly with the relevant seller. The Company is an intermediary and is not a party to any sale (see Sections 2 and 8).
Photos you upload and any elements you add to a Moodboard constitute User Content and are subject to Section 4. You undertake not to upload any image or content that infringes the copyright, trademark, design, or other rights of third parties. The Company is not responsible for user-created Moodboards, their content, their sharing, or any decision made or purchase made in reliance on them.
The Moodboard tool, templates, interface, software, layouts, and all design elements provided by the Company are the exclusive property of the Company. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use them within the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell Company-provided templates and elements outside the Platform without permission. You grant the Company the license set out in Section 4.3 with respect to the Moodboards you create.
If you share a Moodboard (by creating a link, exporting, downloading, etc.), you are solely responsible for the shared content and for sharing it with third parties. Third parties accessing shared boards are also subject to these Terms.
Moodboards and other design tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the tool will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved boards will be retained or not lost. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from design outcomes, material or color choices, or purchases made in reliance on a Moodboard.
The Company reserves the absolute and unilateral right to review, edit, modify, reorder, reorganize, reclassify, or alter any User Content, listings, samples, Moodboards, or orders at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
The Company reserves the absolute right to remove, delete, hide, or suspend any User Content, listings, samples, Moodboards, orders, accounts, or any other material from the Platform at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion. The Company is not obligated to provide any reason for such action and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from such removal or deletion.
The Company is under no obligation to publish, display, or maintain any User Content. The decision to feature, promote, or display any listing is entirely at the Company's discretion.
The Company may offer free (Free) and paid (Pro, Elite) subscription plans for sellers. The features, usage limits, and prices covered by each plan are stated on the Platform. The Company may update plan scopes, limits, and features from time to time.
Paid plan prices are displayed on the Platform in Turkish Lira (TRY) on a monthly basis. Applicable taxes (including VAT) may be reflected in or added to the stated prices. Promotional and discounted prices may be time-limited and apply only under the stated conditions.
A subscription plan may be selected during the application; however, billing for a paid subscription begins only after your seller application has been approved by the Company and your subscription has become active. If your application is not approved, no charge is made.
Unless you cancel, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in effect. To stop renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the current period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the plan's features until the end of that period.
Our subscriptions are digital content and online services. Except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law, no refund is provided for partially used subscription periods and payments made are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may be limited for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent; this is separately disclosed and your consent obtained, in accordance with applicable law, before a paid subscription is activated.
The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices and plan contents. For existing subscribers, price changes take effect in the next renewal period upon reasonable prior notice. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel your subscription; continuing to use it without cancelling constitutes acceptance of the change.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan. Upgrades generally take effect immediately and downgrades at the next billing period. A plan change may alter your access to certain features, limits, or content; on downgrade to the free plan, content exceeding the applicable limits may be restricted or hidden.
When a paid subscription becomes active, payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, whose own terms also apply. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate, current, and valid.
If a payment cannot be collected, is declined, or is delayed, the Company may suspend your subscription, restrict plan features, or downgrade your account to the free plan.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, misrepresent- ations, fraud, or damages arising from User Content, Moodboards, transactions, or interactions between users.
All transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted entirely between the relevant parties. The Company is not a party to any such transaction and shall bear no responsibility for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to the Company for the relevant service (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Company and any User. Sellers are independent parties, and the Company does not act as an agent for any seller.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform (excluding User Content), including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, the Moodboard and design tools, templates, design, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice and without liability. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, inactivity, fraudulent activity, or upon Company's sole discretion. Upon termination, Section 7 provisions regarding paid subscriptions are reserved.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Adana, Türkiye. For users who qualify as consumers, the mandatory provisions on the jurisdiction of the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
